Anita Fonteboa grew up in Queens, New York. During middle school, she was caught cheating on a test, and through this experience, she discovered her passion for reading. Today, she is a romantasy author and hosts the podcast “Anita Inspires,” to inspire you to be better.
She enjoys designing merch for her fourthwall store and reading romance, young adult, and witch-themed books. She is also a wife, mother of two, entrepreneur, and an intuitive psychic.
You’ll find her sipping a cafecito, watching Hallmark movies, or traveling for inspiration for her books.

Anita Fonteboa grew up in Queens, New York. In middle school, she was caught cheating on a test. That moment unexpectedly sparked her passion for reading and planted the first hint of writing her own stories. Today, she is a romantasy author and the host of the podcast Anita Inspires, where she inspires you to be better.
Anita loves reading romance, witchy-themed books, mysteries, and nonfiction. When she is not writing, she is designing for her merchandise store, channeling her creativity into unique stickers and apparel. A loves all things pink. Adding a hint of pink to her wardrobe, home, and office décor.
Beyond writing, Anita brings over fifteen years of experience in the legal field. She also served as an auxiliary police officer for seven years before briefly joining the New York Police Department. After realizing it was not the right fit, she chose to step away and pursue other paths that aligned more with her passions. She is also an intuitive psychic, a wife, and a mother of two.
In her free time, she savors a cup of cafecito, loves watching Hallmark movies, and travels in search of new adventures and inspiration for future stories.
